Numerologists have discovered that there are four Challenges to be faced at different times in life. For some of us the same Challenge may repeat itself, a sign of trying again to perfect or cultivate a certain quality. For others, every challenge may be different.
It has been found that people seem to encounter situations in which the Challenge number represents the exact characteristic or skills needed to overcome a given problem. It represents a weakness in the life that needs to be worked on and turned into a strength, much like a personal coach who pushes you into a new routine to build this or that physical ability.
The First Challenge emerges during early life, and sometimes stays with you until the 20's or even after, at which point it is overcome.
The Second Challenge appears during mid life, and usually begins before the first challenge has been completed.
The Third Challenge covers the entire life, and is often so strong that it masks the underlying first, second and fourth challenges.
The Fourth Challenge begins in late mid-life and stays in effect for the remainder of the lifetime.
Challenges are derived from the Life-Path number, and are therefore cycles of life that are not changeable.
